What does Omni do? Founded in 2024 by Fernando Domingues, a co-founder of telemedicine company Conexa Saúde, Omni manages employer-funded medication benefits. Employers and health plan operators pay a monthly per-person fee, while employees use an app to get prescriptions approved and pay via an Omni Pix transfer. Its revenue comes from managing risk and preventing fraud, not from selling medication.

What's the endgame? Omni plans to use the capital to double its covered lives by the end of 2027. It projects reaching US$12.8M in revenue and breaking even by that point.

The signal: The round is a bet on an underdeveloped Brazilian niche. Medication coverage is not mandated by the health regulator, and Omni competes with established providers including Funcional, VidaLink, and Epharma — leaving room for a specialist built on fraud prevention and risk management to grow.
