What's the deal? Turf Masters BrandsDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has acquired 4-Evergreen, a Jackson, Tennessee-based provider of lawn care, tree and shrub care, and outdoor pest control services. The deal closed on October 9; terms were not disclosed.
The companies: Founded in 2001, 4-Evergreen has spent 25 years serving homeowners across West Tennessee and Southeast Missouri, including Jackson, Germantown, Dyersburg, and Kennett, Missouri. Turf Masters, backed by Wind Point PartnersDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, runs a platform of residential and commercial lawn care brands and ranks No. 17 on Lawn & Landscape's Top 100 list.
The expansion: While Turf Masters already serves Nashville, the deal marks its first entry into the West Tennessee and Southeast Missouri markets, extending a national footprint built through local acquisitions.
Why now? The purchase fits a well-worn roll-up strategy. Before its 2025 combination with ExperiGreen, Turf Masters had completed 19 acquisitions; the enlarged platform has kept buying, including Florida's Quality First Lawn & Shrub Care and Illinois' Turf Guys in 2026.
What's the endgame? Wind Point said the 2025 ExperiGreen combination created one of North America's largest residential lawn care platforms, serving nearly 400,000 customers across 16 states and two Canadian provinces. Adding 4-Evergreen's routes and customers feeds that recurring-service model in a neighbouring market.
"This acquisition brings TMB into markets we haven't served before," said Luis Orbegoso, chief executive officer of Turf Masters Brands. Founder Scott Riley said he believes the buyer is "a great fit," bringing "new resources and opportunities" while keeping local, personal service.
