Revi raises $1.5M to push retail AI agents into physical stores

What's the deal? Brazilian startup Revi has raised US$2.12M in a round led by ABSeedDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a local SaaS-focused investor. What's the endgame? Founded three years ago by Nicholas Love, Juliana Haddad, and Marcelo Miyachi, Revi builds AI agents that unify retail data typically scattered across point-of-sale systems, ERP, and separate physical and digital software. The agents then analyse that data and suggest marketing optimisations.

Love says the gap is sharpest for omnichannel brands. "When a customer buys a black T-shirt on the site, for example, and then goes to the store, the salesperson should already know that their last purchase was that one," he told Brazil Journal (translated from Portuguese).

Where's the money going? Revi plans to move upmarket into enterprise physical retail, a shift from its current focus on digital clients, and to invest further in its product. The company serves about 500 clients, including Aura BeautyDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, Baw Clothing, and Grupo Rosset, and recently signed Grupo Aste, which runs KiplingDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → in Brazil.

Why now? Revi reported US$1.53M in revenue last year and expects that to triple to US$4.6M this year, targeting US$10.2M by the end of 2028. The company says clients see an average 34x return on invested capital, well above the 3x to 5x it cites for ad platforms like Meta and Google.

What could go wrong? Physical retail is a harder market, where data is often fragmented across store and online systems. Revi's growth and return figures are company-reported, and its case depends on proving the approach works at enterprise scale.

The signal: Brazilian investors are increasingly backing AI applied to retail operations, with TrinioDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → raising US$8.19M for an AI-enabled commerce platform and Venda.ai raising US$511.6K for AI sales agents. Revi's narrower bet — turning scattered retailer data into marketing decisions — tests whether agents can deliver results on the shop floor, not just online.
