Reforge acquired by Miro: operator education joins the collaboration platform
What happened: Reforge, the operator education and growth-training platform, was acquired by Miro. Reforge had bootstrapped to eight-figure revenue and profitability before raising a $21M Series A from Andreessen Horowitz, according to founder Brian Balfour, and built a large library of growth, product and data courses. Miro announced the acquisition on its blog; financial terms and the exact closing day were not disclosed.
Why it matters: Miro planned to retain Reforge Learning separately — as a standalone subscription business — while integrating Reforge's software products into its own platform, a split that lets the brand and library continue under a larger owner. The deal closed an independent chapter for one of the best-known brands in startup education.
