What's the deal? PelotonDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → Consulting Group, a Boston-based Oracle Fusion Cloud applications partner, has agreed to acquire Infolob Global, a technology services firm specialising in Oracle infrastructure, data, cloud modernisation, and AI. The companies announced the deal on October 27, 2026; terms were not disclosed.

What's the endgame? Peloton brings strength in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications; Infolob adds Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), data engineering, and AI capabilities, plus a delivery presence in the US and India. The combination gives clients one partner accountable for the full Oracle stack, from applications to data to infrastructure.

What they said: "Our clients trust us to help them get the most from Oracle, and this acquisition strengthens our ability to do exactly that," said Guy F. Daniello, chief executive officer and founder of Peloton.

Infolob founder and chief executive officer Vijay Cherukuri said the firms are "creating a truly differentiated, end-to-end services provider in the Oracle ecosystem."

Why now? Oracle announced a $1 billion, four-year commitment to its partner ecosystem on October 23, aimed partly at building AI and cloud expertise. Both firms are positioning to sell more services across the Oracle stack as demand for agentic AI grows.
