Mostest raises $4M seed to make event booking feel like a dinner reservation

Try Dealroom →, a New York AI-powered event booking platform, has raised an oversubscribed $4 million seed round at a $16 million post-money SAFE cap. Capital Q VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, NEXUS Luxury CollectionDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, and T-Squared Social — the hospitality venture co-founded by Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake — led the round.

Who else is in: Wildwood VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, Locker Room Capital, and Newbond also participated, alongside strategic investors and advisors Todd Deutsch, Charlie Walk, Jeffrey Davis, and Neal Luthra.

What's the endgame? Founded by chief executive officer Sarah Klingman and chief technology officer Aaron Kennedy, Mostest wants to make booking an event as simple as making a dinner reservation. It connects customers with hotels, restaurants, and hospitality groups through an integrated system that generates proposals and completes bookings, rather than just producing leads.

By the numbers: The company reports facilitating more than $126 million in event spend across over 1,700 events, and says it has generated seven-figure revenue at an early stage. Those are company-reported figures and do not show how much revenue or repeat business the platform captures.

Why now? While consumers book flights and hotels in minutes, private and corporate events still rely on manual outreach, unclear pricing, and heavy coordination. "We live in a world where almost everything is instantly accessible, yet booking an event still feels like it did 20 years ago," Klingman said.

What's next? The capital is earmarked for AI product development, deeper hospitality integrations, and expansion into new markets. Mostest is testing its technology with major hospitality groups, hotel chains, and Fortune 500 companies.

The signal: The round sits in the 35th percentile by amount — a modest early-stage bet on a fragmented category rather than proof that AI event booking has arrived. The bigger money is landing elsewhere: event-intelligence platform Vendelux raised $50 million in July 2026, though its focus on helping marketers choose events differs from Mostest's venue booking and planning service. The participation of hospitality and entertainment investors points to a strategy built on industry relationships, not just software distribution.
