Stryv raises $11.5M Series B to push into Taiwan and beyond
What's the deal? Singapore-based consumer electronics brand StryvDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has raised US$11.5 million in a Series B round, it announced on October 27. ACV Capital led the round, with participation from Openspace CapitalDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → and Tsao-family-linked Octave Capital.
What's the endgame? Stryv is building what co-founder and chief executive officer Roy Ang calls "a multicategory ecosystem of personal and home care products for families across Asia." It will use the money to grow in Malaysia and Hong Kong, enter new markets such as Taiwan, and fund R&D and acquisitions.
Why now? The raise follows Stryv's March 2026 acquisition of Singapore home appliance brand SterraDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. Since September, it has launched the Stryv Oasis massage chair and Stryv Halo air purifier, drawing on Sterra's home care expertise. The brand merger is expected to wrap up in the coming months.
The expansion play: Stryv wants to buy brands whose market presence differs from its own, a strategy it says will widen its talent pool and product range while opening new Asia-Pacific markets. That moves it beyond its original personal-care roots into home appliances.
Why investors are in: "As demand for personal care and home wellness products continues to grow, we see significant opportunities for Stryv to meet evolving consumer needs, particularly in areas such as clean air and water," said Helen Wong, managing partner at ACV Capital.
The signal: At $11.5 million, the round sits in the lower band of Series B deals, modest by global standards but meaningful for a regional consumer brand scaling through acquisition rather than pure fundraising. The strategy — buying adjacent brands to enter new categories and geographies — marks a bet that an integrated personal- and home-care ecosystem can travel across Asia.
