Try Dealroom →, a Vancouver-based supply-chain software firm for the metals and mining industry, has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to US$1.1M (roughly $1.07 million). The offering consists of up to 3,750,000 units at US$0.29 each, with each unit carrying one common share and half a warrant exercisable at US$0.4.

Where's the money going? MineHub plans to use net proceeds for working capital and the "continuous evaluation of strategic, corporate and financial opportunities." The raise is a liquidity measure rather than funding for a specific growth project.

Why now? Its June 2026 interim statements showed about US$1.44M in cash and a sharply reduced working-capital position amid continuing losses. The placement follows a US$366.7K raise in July 2025, pointing to a reliance on periodic equity rounds.

What's the endgame? MineHub reported in September 2026 that annual recurring revenue had grown more than 50% year over year, with its customer base expanding to 28. New additions include an agreement with Sumitomo Metal MiningDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →.

Closing is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. Certain insiders may participate, which would constitute a related-party transaction. MineHub is also extending the expiry on several tranches of previously issued warrants to December 31, 2027.
