RoboCent takes fifth Stripe loan of $250K, clears $300K note

What's the deal? RoboCentDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a wholly owned subsidiary of FullPAC, Inc.Dealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, has secured a $250,000 loan from Stripe Servicing, Inc. and Lead Bank, the company disclosed in an October 26, 2026 Form 8-K. The debt carries a $34,250 fixed fee, bringing total repayment to $284,250.

How it works: Repayments come from withholding 11.8% of client payments processed through Stripe, starting October 27, with minimum payments of $31,583.34 every 60 days and any balance due by April 19, 2028. The loan is secured by RoboCent's receivables, Stripe account, inventory, and equipment.

Why now? This is the company's fifth Stripe Capital loan. The outstanding $88,759 from its fourth loan, taken in June, was rolled into the new one — leaving roughly $161,241 in net cash proceeds, earmarked for working capital.

On October 21, FullPAC also repaid in full a $300,000 secured promissory note issued to SEG Opportunity Fund, LLC on September 15. That note was sold for $250,000 at a $50,000 original issue discount, bore no interest, and was set to mature on October 15. Repayment was funded partly by the new Stripe loan and operational cash.

What could go wrong? This is debt financing, not an equity round, and the pattern points to liquidity management. As of June 30, FullPAC reported $146,087 in cash against a $2.14 million working-capital deficit, while leaning on repeated short-term Stripe borrowing to cover obligations.

The signal: Revenue was growing sharply, but the mechanics here — refinancing one loan into the next and using fresh debt to retire an older note — look more like debt turnover than growth capital. For an emerging growth company with no securities listed on an exchange, revenue-linked financing offers a route to cash without dilution, at the cost of a steady drain on processed receipts.
