Share India approves $13.1M debt tranche at 10.3% coupon

What's the deal? Share India SecuritiesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has approved a post-IPO debt issue of up to US$17M in non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private-placement basis. Its finance committee cleared the raise on October 26, 2026. The NCDs carry a fixed 10.30% coupon, paid monthly, with principal repaid in a lump sum at maturity.

The details: The issue comprises up to 125,000 listed, rated, secured, taxable, and redeemable NCDs with a US$135.8 face value each. It includes a green shoe option of US$6.79M for oversubscription and a tenure capped at roughly 21 months. The debentures will list on the BSE Wholesale Debt MarketDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → segment.

How it's secured: Share India has offered a pari-passu charge over its current assets and receivables, with a minimum 1.15 times security cover. The issue is also backed by personal guarantees from promoter-group members and directors.

Why now? The approval follows a broader July 24, 2026 proposal to raise up to US$27.2M through various debt securities. This tranche represents a significant portion of that authorized limit.

The signal: Share India has tapped private-placement debt repeatedly in 2026, approving US$20.4M in July and up to US$10.2M in August, both at 10.5%. The new issue, at a slightly lower 10.30%, looks like another tranche in an ongoing funding programme rather than a one-off. The approval alone does not confirm the full amount has been raised or how proceeds will be used.
