What's the endgame? Founded in 2022, Roxberry sells lower-sugar sodas made from real fruit and vegetable ingredients, with no artificial flavors, sweeteners, or dyes. Each 7.5oz aluminium can contains 5g of sugar, across flavours like Pink Lava Strawberry Lemonade and Galaxy Gulp Citrus.
Why now? The raise follows rapid retail expansion. Roxberry launched in more than 2,200 Walmart stores in January 2026, added H-E-BDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → in April, and reached Kroger and Meijer.
The company says sales grew nearly 900% after the Walmart launch, and that Walmart plans to expand distribution to more than 3,300 stores. Those figures are company-reported.
Where the money goes: The capital will support broader retail distribution, including the planned Walmart door increase and continued rollout at H-E-B, Kroger, and Meijer. Roxberry also aims to add more chains to extend its national reach.
What could go wrong? The company-reported sales and distribution numbers don't establish repeat demand or profitability. Roxberry's niche—lower-sugar soda for children—sits inside the crowded "modern soda" market, where brands compete for better-for-you shoppers.
The signal: The round is notable as growth capital tied to unusually fast early distribution. It reflects investor appetite for better-for-you beverage brands that can prove quick shelf traction, even before demand durability is clear.
