Try Dealroom →, an Australian SAP transformation firm, for an undisclosed sum. DyFlex, a multi-award-winning SAP Platinum Partner founded in 2011, delivers advisory, consulting, implementation and managed services across Australia and New Zealand.

What each side brings: DyFlex employs over 300 people, with offices across the region and a delivery presence in the Philippines, and specialises in AI-led SAP work spanning finance, supply chain, asset maintenance and analytics. Cognizant gains that regional talent plus DyFlex's proprietary accelerators and reusable assets.

Why now? Clients in Australia and New Zealand are modernising core platforms while adopting cloud, data and AI, Cognizant said. The deal follows DyFlex's rapid growth under backer Five V CapitalDealroom has a profile for this one. What's the endgame? Cognizant plans to pair DyFlex's SAP expertise with its own AI platforms, including Neuro AI Enterprise Core and the Cognizant SAP Agentic AI Platform. The aim is to move clients "beyond isolated AI experiments to production-ready AI and agentic systems" across their SAP environments.

"DyFlex brings deep SAP consulting capabilities that are key to reimagining SaaS, modernising clients' business landscapes and driving operational performance," said Roshan Subudhi, senior vice president and head of intelligent enterprise platforms at Cognizant.

What changes for clients? Little, at least initially. "Our clients would continue to work with the people and expertise they trust," said Evan Mantis, chief executive officer of DyFlex, framing the sale as an "exciting next chapter." The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.

The signal: The purchase fits Cognizant's wider push to buy specialist cloud and AI services firms, and underscores the race among global consultancies to turn enterprise AI ambitions into real implementations tied to ERP platforms. Scale and local SAP talent are becoming the currency of that competition.
