Agereh seeks $427K private placement as it chases airport traction
What's the deal? Agereh Technologies (TSXV: AUTO), a Vancouver-based AI and transportation technology company, has announced a private placement of up to US$440K. It will sell up to 24,000,000 units at US$0.02 each, each pairing one common share with a two-year warrant exercisable at US$0.04.
Where the money goes: Agereh says proceeds will fund product development, sales and marketing, and general working capital. It builds AI-enabled platforms and sensor solutions for transportation and infrastructure, combining data collection with predictive intelligence.
Why now? The raise follows a run of milestones. In February, Agereh named its first commercial customer — a large US airport deploying its sensing platform under a multiyear SaaS deal — and in April it raised up to US$146.7K through convertible debentures.
What could go wrong? The offering remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. The units and warrants could also materially dilute existing holders; all securities carry a four-month-and-one-day hold period.
The signal: The financing itself is small. The real test is whether Agereh can turn its early airport deployment into broader commercial traction across logistics and infrastructure.
