What's the deal? AdastraDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a global data and AI consultancy majority owned by CarlyleDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, has acquired Infinite Services, a Warsaw-based enterprise data and AI company. The deal, which completed on October 1, 2026, covers 100% of the share capital. Financial terms were not disclosed.

What each side brings: Adastra, headquartered in Prague and Toronto, has more than 2,200 professionals across Europe, North America, and Asia. Infinite adds 100-plus data specialists — over half senior engineers — with delivery centres in Poland, India, and the Philippines.

Why Snowflake matters: Infinite holds Snowflake Premier Partner status and was named Snowflake's AI Data Cloud Partner of the Year for Central and Eastern Europe for FY25. It employs two of the world's 125 Snowflake Data Superheroes, deepening Adastra's practice on a platform enterprises increasingly use to build AI at scale.

What's the endgame? The acquisition gives Adastra an on-the-ground team in Poland, one of its key European growth markets, and extends its global delivery network. Infinite's India team folds into Adastra's Pune operations, while its Philippines unit opens a new location for the group.

What changes for clients? Infinite keeps its name and brand, still led by chief executive officer Grażyna Zyszczak. Its clients across banking, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals gain access to Adastra's broader expertise.

Where it expands: Adastra expects the combination to support growth beyond Poland — specifically in the DACH region of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and in North America, where demand for data and AI work is strong.

The signal: The deal fits a wider push by consultancies to buy scarce data-engineering and AI talent, especially Snowflake specialists. Blend360Dealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → bought Slovenia's In516htDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → in June 2026, while IBM and WNSDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → have made similar moves. With skilled teams slow to build organically, bolt-on acquisitions have become the faster route to regional reach.
