Truck Parking Club raises growth round from Argentum to expand 7,200-site network
What's the deal? Truck Parking Club, a US marketplace for reservable truck and trailer parking, has raised growth equity led by New York-based Argentum Capital Partners. The company will use the money to expand its network and build technology that helps fleets fold parking into daily operations. Terms were not disclosed.
What's the endgame? The Ringgold, Georgia company turns underused private sites — warehouses, trucking yards, storage lots, hotels — into reservable parking. In three and a half years it has grown to more than 7,200 locations, up from 2,262 in July 2025. Drivers at 94 of the top 100 trucking companies have booked through the platform.
Why now? Supply isn't keeping pace with demand. According to the Federal Highway Administration, 98% of drivers struggle to find safe parking, spending 56 minutes a day on average to secure a space and losing roughly $6,800 a year in drive time.
What's the context? Recent federal awards include $200 million for truck-parking projects in 12 states, but those spaces will take years to build. Truck Parking Club argues its model can add capacity faster by tapping existing private lots.
"Parking is fleet infrastructure, and it should be planned like it," said co-founder and chief executive officer Evan Shelley. "With Argentum's investment, we'll add more locations and bring the network to more fleets."
Daniel Raynor, managing partner and co-founder of Argentum, will join the company's board. He said the platform "unlocks additional supply of previously underutilized industrial properties" and praised the shift from individual drivers to fleets building it "into their core business processes."
The signal: The round reflects a pivot from a driver app to fleet infrastructure. As public parking projects move slowly, investors are betting that marketplaces unlocking private capacity can close the gap faster.
