NSJ Antimony raises US$677.6K to drill New Brunswick antimony property

What's the deal? NSJ Antimony Corp. (CSE: NSJ) has launched a flow-through financing of up to 1,400,000 common shares at US$0.48 each, for gross proceeds of up to US$677.6K. The Vancouver-based explorer will spend the net proceeds on exploration and development at its Antimony 2.0 Property in New Brunswick.

What the company does: NSJ focuses exclusively on antimony, a critical mineral valued for its industrial and strategic uses. Its 59km² Antimony 2.0 Property holds three antimony soil anomalies and sits about 15km from the Lake George mine, once North America's only primary antimony producer.

Why now? The raise follows roughly US$1.91M in flow-through proceeds NSJ secured in August and September, and a 3,000m drill program it began in September to test the property's soil anomalies.

What's the structure? The flow-through format lets NSJ renounce eligible Canadian exploration expenses to investors for tax benefits. The company did not disclose a closing date, agents, or commissions, and the offering carries no production guidance or resource estimate.

The signal: Investor interest in New Brunswick antimony is building — nearby explorer Antimony ResourcesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has pursued larger financings for its Bald Hill project, reflecting supply-chain concerns around the metal. But Canada still lacks a clear path from exploration to domestic production, so the raise funds early-stage work rather than signalling a mine is near.
