xSeek buys rival LLMonade to add AI content tools to its search platform
What's the deal? Canadian SaaS company xSeekDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has acquired Montreal startup LLMonadeDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, one of its main competitors in the AI discoverability market. The deal was announced on September 15, 2026; terms were not disclosed.
What does each company do? xSeek helps businesses get cited and recommended across AI answer engines such as ChatGPTDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. LLMonade built technology that lets companies write, revise, and publish optimised content based on those insights while keeping a brand's voice and guidelines.
What's the rationale? Most tools in the market can measure how visible a business is across large language models, but few help organisations act on the findings. Combining LLMonade's execution tools with xSeek's visibility measurement fills that gap.
"Companies don't need more metrics or another dashboard," said Clément Hochedez, co-founder of LLMonade. "They need to know exactly what to do with the data they already have."
What changes? LLMonade's founding team joins xSeek. The combined company will offer a hybrid model pairing a turnkey SaaS platform with strategic advisory services for clients with more complex needs.
"This acquisition demonstrates xSeek's ambitious roadmap and our determination to accelerate growth through strategic and technology acquisitions," said Marc-Olivier Bouchard, founder and chief executive officer of xSeek.
