RSYNQ raises $2M to bring Physical AI platform to Japan
What's the deal? RSYNQDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Torrance, California-based provider of a Physical AI infrastructure platform, has raised $2 million. Kanden CorporationDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → made the investment.
What's the endgame? Led by chief executive officer Alex Mecl, RSYNQ develops the Semantic Intent Protocol (SIP), an orchestration and middleware layer designed to connect AI with robots, sensors, machines, and autonomous systems. The platform abstracts device-specific interfaces to translate high-level AI intent into coordinated physical actions across multi-vendor hardware.
It maintains real-time awareness of the operating environment across manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and smart infrastructure.
What's the money for? RSYNQ plans to accelerate its commercial expansion in Japan, grow its engineering and commercial teams, and continue developing SIP.
The signal: Physical AI — software that links machine intelligence to real-world hardware — is drawing investor interest as robotics and autonomous systems scale. RSYNQ's bet is that a vendor-neutral middleware layer becomes essential as factories and warehouses mix hardware from many suppliers.
