AdGraam raises $315,000 seed round for AI ad-creative platform
What's the deal? AdGraamDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, an AI creative intelligence platform for performance marketing, has raised US$407.4K in a seed round led by Umair Mohammad, co-founder of Nitro CommerceDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. Founded by Ashish Verma, Saad Mohammad, Sahil Bhatnagar, and Saksham, the company already works with more than 40 brands across footwear, fashion, hair care, wellness, oral care, and beauty.
What's the endgame? AdGraam combines creative research, ideation, ad generation, and performance analysis in one platform. It will use the capital to expand its team, strengthen sales and marketing, and accelerate international expansion. Longer term, it wants to build its own model.
Why now? The founders say advertising platforms increasingly automate media buying, making the creative itself the key driver of campaign performance. That shift forces brands to produce far more ads to find what works.
Saad Mohammad said brands spending more than US$135.8K on ads could need 20-25 videos a week, versus the three to four static creatives and one or two videos they tested before. Traditional production — longer turnarounds with creators, costly shoots — struggles to keep pace.
How it works: The platform feeds a brand's ad-account data and competitor ads into AI models to add context. Customers can pick models themselves via its Flow Builder or let a video agent choose. The company runs a self-serve platform and a managed service, split roughly evenly, with more brands shifting to self-serve.
“We are not completely replacing user-generated content or actual videos. We are becoming a helping hand to test faster, test iterations faster and test different angles and content,” Saad said.
The signal: The round sits in the lower band for seed deals by size, a sign of how lean early AI-tooling startups can launch. As ad platforms turn creative into the main performance lever, tools that cut the cost and time of producing ad variations are carving out a clear niche.
