What's the problem? Each time a company deploys a new AI agent, it knows nothing about the business and must relearn its processes from scratch — paying the model provider for every token used. Uvi's benchmark tests show this inefficiency costs the average company roughly eight times more than it should.

What's the endgame? Uvi is building a "context reasoning layer" that each company owns, a unified institutional memory every AI tool can tap. It links systems such as Slack, JiraDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, ConfluenceDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, and Salesforce, plus code repositories and meeting minutes, into a knowledge graph mapping how decisions were made and why.

Why now? The conversation around AI agents has shifted, co-founder and chief executive Gilad Salinger said. Early worries centred on accuracy and security; now the focus is cost, tokens, and speed.

"The reason is structural, not about intelligence," Salinger said. He noted that agents often fail the same task twice "because it never retained how the work actually gets done."

The signal: At $7.5 million, Uvi's round sits in the top 10% of all seed deals raised in Israel to date — a sign of investor appetite for infrastructure that makes agentic AI cheaper to run as enterprise adoption scales.
