What's the endgame? Dapta's agent, Dapti, answers inbound leads instantly, qualifies them, and books meetings without human intervention. The startup plans to use the money to expand across the US and Latin America.

By the numbers: Dapti is used by more than 200,000 users, growing by over 4,000 a week, according to founder Nicolás Rojas. The company doubled revenue in the past six months, with annual revenue set to top $4 million; its seed is a follow-on to a $1.4 million pre-seed in 2024.

Why now? Dapta first gained traction among Spanish-speaking SMB owners in the US, one of the country's fastest-growing business segments at 44% growth over five years, per the State of Latino Entrepreneurship report. Its AI agents have found particular strength among financial services firms, home services companies, law firms, and insurance brokers.

What they're saying: "SMBs are under enormous pressure to respond to leads instantly, and most simply don't have the staff to do it," said Samara Hernandez, founding partner at Chingona Ventures. She noted larger companies adopt AI at roughly twice the rate of the smallest businesses.

The signal: The round sits in the top 5% of US marketing seed deals by size, reflecting investor appetite for tools that let small teams match the always-on response of larger rivals. Dapta's bet is that AI agents become as standard for SMBs as a phone number or website.
