The startup uses AI to interview hundreds of consumers and experts at once, cutting market research from months to days.
What's the endgame? Founded by Dani Diestre, Aniol Carreras, and Jacob Bamio, Autentic AI pairs AI-led interviews with human researchers who interpret the findings. It serves four sectors: fast-moving consumer goods, retail, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, and strategy consulting and private equity.
Why now? Traditional research is slow and costly, which limits how often companies collect feedback. "When a study costs €100,000 and takes three months, companies cannot run one every time they need an answer," said Diestre, co-founder and co-CEO. "We want research to be something companies can do every week."
By the numbers: Autentic AI runs about 1,000 interviews a day and expects to complete more than 400,000 by the end of 2026. Each finding links to video evidence, and results can be segmented by age, region, or product usage.
What's next? The funding will further automate the research process and build Autentic AI's own network of verified consumers and experts. That should give it tighter control over quality and reduce reliance on third-party panels.
The signal: The round lands above the 90th percentile by size among seed-stage marketing startups in Spain, a sign of investor appetite for AI tools that compress the time and cost of gathering customer insight.
