What's the deal? Romanian real estate developer Impact Developer & ContractorDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has secured a 26,200,000 RON (about $5.51 million) credit facility from Vista BankDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. The funds will finance the company's current operations, with the contract maturing on September 30, 2027.

What's the endgame? Impact builds the Greenfield Băneasa and Luxuria residential projects in Bucharest. In June 2026, it began work on a new €2.5 million access road linking Greenfield Băneasa to the capital's ring road.

Why now? The company, controlled by Gheorghe Iaciu, is leaning on debt markets. In September, it launched a new mortgage-backed bond issue to fund its Aria Verdi project in Bucharest's Barbu Văcărescu area, launched in February 2026.

The numbers: Impact reported consolidated revenue of 112.1 million RON for the first half of 2026, down 36.5% year on year. Net profit attributable to the group fell 87%, to 5.98 million RON. Over the period, it closed apartment transactions worth 24.4 million RON and reserved 70 more homes via pre-contracts, valued at 98.5 million RON.

The signal: With revenue and profit sharply down, Impact is stacking financing in quick succession — a bond issue and now a bank credit line — to keep projects moving through a softer stretch of the Romanian housing market.
