Who's involved? Founded in 1993 and based in Alicante, Blinker runs a catalogue of more than 30,000 product references. Founders Luis García-Valdecasas and José Antonio Ferri stay on as minority shareholders.
By the numbers: Blinker posts annual revenue of around €67 million, with an EBITDA margin above 10%. It employs more than 600 people, roughly 440 of them in Spain.
What's the endgame? With its new backers, Blinker aims to accelerate growth and international expansion. It already operates through direct subsidiaries in France and Portugal, managing its logistics network from Alicante, and will explore acquiring competitors.
