What does it do? Trmeric aims to link transformation strategy, execution, and outcomes in one platform. At its core is a repository holding an enterprise's strategy, technology landscape, initiatives, and decisions; above it sits an agentic layer, led by an agent called Tango, that coordinates planning, governance, reporting, and value measurement.
Why now? The founders argue the challenge for leaders is no longer access to AI but turning it into measurable value. Most companies still run transformation work through spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and consultants, while coding agents and general-purpose large language models speed up development without connecting strategy to outcomes.
The results so far: Customers have redirected tens of millions of dollars from low-return projects, cut planning cycles from months to days, and automated key reporting and governance, according to the company.
"Every enterprise transformation has hundreds of moments of truth that determine its eventual ROI," said founder and chief executive officer Siddharth Bohra. "Without a system to guide those decisions and drive the right actions, it is impossible to get most of them right."
Bohra and co-founder Debottam Datta spent decades helping Fortune 500 companies run technology-led transformations, from ERP programs to cloud and AI. They worked with more than a dozen CIO design partners to build a proprietary data model, ontology, and knowledge graph specific to enterprise transformation. The new capital will fund product development, customer adoption, and scaling the business.
The signal: IT budgets are shifting from running the business toward transforming it, with a growing share going to AI and digital projects. "Yet enterprises still lack a connected way to see where that capital is going and whether it is delivering the intended ROI," said Gayathri Radhakrishnan, partner at Hitachi Ventures — the gap Trmeric is betting it can fill.
