Try Dealroom →, the Nasdaq-listed digital operator, with backing from other corporate and individual investors. The round was oversubscribed. Curation sells what it calls a retail investor relations operating system for listed companies.

Why now? Retail investors directly own 38% of the US equity market, according to Goldman SachsDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, yet corporate IR remains built almost entirely for institutions. Curation argues legacy channels — regulatory wires, quarterly calls, IR websites — leave up to half the potential investor base in the dark.

What's the endgame? The platform bundles an AI-generated investor newsroom, a distribution engine reaching Curation's roughly 100,000 monthly users, shareholder data, and attribution reporting. More than 60 listed companies already use it. "We're building the operating system that lets a one-person IR team run a retail programme that used to need an agency, a wire, a video crew and a data provider all at once," said co-founder and chief executive officer Nirav Karia.

Where's the money going? Curation will grow its team across AI, product, retail marketing, and equity capital markets, and deepen its proprietary models for regulated disclosure and AI video. It also plans a US expansion, opening an office in 2027 to serve US-listed issuers.

The signal: Founder and executive chairman Nick Finegold framed the raise as a verdict on the status quo: "This round tells us the old model is finished." With retail ownership now a structural feature of public markets, Curation is betting that engaging small shareholders becomes a board-level priority rather than an afterthought.
