The round marks Circulate Capital's eighth investment in India.
What's the endgame? JC Global will use the growth capital to move from a single-site operation to an integrated multi-plant network, including new facilities in Tamil Nadu.
What does the company do? Founded in 2022, it converts difficult-to-recycle plastic waste — such as automotive components and large appliances — into OEM-grade recycled polymers and circular pyrolysis oil. Its outputs include polypropylene, high-density polyethylene, and ABS resins for the automotive, electronics, and rigid packaging industries.
By the numbers: At scale, the expansion is projected to lift JC Global's recycling capacity to nearly 100,000 tonnes of plastic waste a year. That would avoid more than 190,000 tonnes of CO2e emissions annually.
The signal: The deal reflects growing investor appetite for circular supply chains in India, where recycling hard-to-process waste streams is both an environmental and industrial opportunity. For Circulate Capital, a repeat bet on the market signals confidence that recycled polymers can meet manufacturer-grade demand at scale.
