What's the deal? DalfiloDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, an Italian direct-to-consumer brand specialising in home textiles, has raised €2 million in an early-stage round backed by 10 new investors, including Bergamo-based holding company 035 InvestimentiDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. The capital will fund retail expansion, international growth, a broader product range, and AI integration across the business.

By the numbers: Founded in 2020 in the Val Gandino textile district, Dalfilo has sold over 500,000 products to a customer base of more than 150,000. It turned EBITDA-positive in 2025 and this year grew turnover 20% year on year, with a 67% contribution margin. It targets annual growth of 20% to 30%.

Where it's expanding: Dalfilo plans a third Milan store in 2027, following openings in Via Marghera (2024) and Corso Garibaldi (2026). Beyond consolidating the DACH region, it aims to strengthen its position in Spain, the UK, and France, and run an initial US market test in 2027.

What's the endgame? The brand is widening its catalogue into childrenswear, sportswear, and loungewear, launching its first pyjama line on September 29. Part of the raise will go to technology and AI across operations, from supply chain to customer service.

In their words: "We believe that in the coming years, what will set brands apart is the ability to move faster than others while remaining efficient," founders Davide Trabucchi and Matteo Bertasa said. They added that AI "is there to protect" product quality, "not to dilute it."

The signal: At €2 million, this is a modest round, sitting in the lower half of comparable early-stage deals. But Dalfilo's profitability and steady growth show a measured, capital-efficient path for direct-to-consumer brands blending physical retail, e-commerce, and AI.
