Cerebras faces questions as insiders sell amid GPT Ultrafast silence

Cerebras Systems is drawing scrutiny after reports that senior insiders — including the CFO, COO, and accounting officers — have been selling stock while the company has not publicly addressed chatter that it lost a GPT Ultrafast-related win it had recently hyped.

Commentator Tae Kim argued shareholders should be “livid,” urging Cerebras to explain whether the issue is capacity, yields, or something else, especially given last month’s celebration of a GPT Ultrafast result.
