Metaview raises €53.1M Series C to scale agentic recruiting
What's the deal? London-based Metaview has raised €53.1 million ($60 million) in a Series C round led by Insight Partners. GV, Intrepid Growth PartnersDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, Seedcamp, Vertex Ventures USDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, Plural, and Garuda VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → also took part. The raise brings total funding to €97.4 million ($110 million).
What's the endgame? Founded in 2018 by Siadhal Magos and Shahriar Tajbakhsh, former Uber and Palantir leaders, Metaview automates sourcing, application review, interviewing, and reporting. It began by capturing the conversations where hiring decisions take shape — more than 6 million interviews to date — and now runs connected AI agents across the process, with people setting criteria and making final calls.
What's the money for? Metaview plans three priorities: bringing fillmore , its autonomous recruiting coworker, to general availability alongside new specialist agents; growing its team from 80 to 250 people by the end of next year; and expanding its 10x Recruiting training programme.
Why now? The round lands just a year after a €30.1 million Series B, following a €6.4 million Series A in March 2024 and a €5.29 million seed in December 2021. In August 2026, Metaview acquired California-based RevalDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, whose founders joined to accelerate fillmore's development.
What's the expansion? The funding also opens a New York office, adding to hubs in London and San Francisco. The move brings Metaview closer to its US customers as it scales a platform now used by more than 7,000 companies, including Deel, Affirm, Navan, and Replit.
Why it matters. "The recruiting process is generating more candidate volume than most organisations know how to handle," said Ryan Hinkle, managing director at Insight Partners. Metaview connects to more than 62 tools, including Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, and Workday, and is SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and CCPA compliant.
The signal: At €53.1 million, this Series C ranks among the larger rounds in its cohort, sitting in the top third by deal size. "Recruiting is next," said Magos, framing hiring as the next function to be rebuilt around AI agents — a bet investors are now backing at scale.
