Saragossa lands growth equity from Belgium's Tilleghem Capital

What's the deal? SaragossaDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a London-based technology, project delivery and talent partner to the investment industry, has secured a growth equity investment from Tilleghem Capital, a Belgian private equity firm. The deal, announced September 30, 2026, will fund Saragossa's next growth phase across Europe and the US.

What's the endgame? Founded in 2015, Saragossa serves private equity firms, hedge funds, asset managers, and their portfolio companies through three units: Connect (talent sourcing), Consult (embedded project teams), and Deploy (IT managed services). With Tilleghem's backing, it plans to scale Consult and Deploy, strengthen Connect, and launch new solutions.

Rory Gaston will continue to lead the company as group chief executive officer, alongside the existing leadership team. Saragossa runs offices in London, Bristol, Chicago, New York, and Buenos Aires.

Why now? Gaston said the firm wants to "strengthen the core business further while investing in demand-led services and territories."

For Tilleghem, the deal fits its partnership capital strategy of taking stakes in founder-led businesses and backing the people who built them. Partner Lukas Puype called Saragossa "exactly the kind of business we want to partner with: founder-led, trusted by a demanding client base and built around its people."

The signal: The investment reflects steady private equity appetite for founder-led services businesses tied to the investment industry, where technology talent and managed services are in growing demand.
