EliseAI raises $350M at $4B valuation to push AI deeper into housing

Why now? The raise comes roughly 13 months after EliseAI'US$183.3M Series E valued it at $2.2 billion — nearly doubling that figure. It marks the fourth time the company has raised from a16z and Bessemer since 2023.
By the numbers: In June 2026, EliseAI said it surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue, doubling revenue year over year for five straight years. Its software now powers one in six US apartments, and more than 30 million Americans have interacted with it since founding.
What's the endgame? The round is entirely primary capital, with no secondary sale for early investors or employees, according to co-founder and chief executive officer Minna Song. EliseAI will fund product development and expand its engineering, deployment, and sales teams across North America, and open a second engineering hub in San Francisco alongside its New York headquarters.
The company targets two of the least glamorous, most regulated parts of the economy: property management and healthcare administration. Its platform automates leasing, resident services, maintenance requests, and lease renewals, while a dedicated healthcare unit handles scheduling, insurance verification, and follow-up for specialty physician groups.
"The industries where AI matters most are still not the ones getting the most attention," Song said. "Housing has enormous problems to solve, and we've grown by going deeper with our customers until we've solved the root causes."
The signal: At $350 million, EliseAI's round sits in the 93rd percentile among all US Series F deals in natural language processing — a sign of investor conviction in vertical AI aimed at overlooked, high-friction industries rather than horizontal tools for knowledge workers.
