Ardian opens €10K door to its infrastructure platform with new Eltif

What's the deal? ArdianDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has launched the "Ardian Access Infrastructure Eltif," a European long-term investment fund that gives eligible investors across Europe access to the private investment manager's global infrastructure platform. The perpetual, or "evergreen," vehicle sets a low entry threshold of €10,000 and allows monthly contributions.

How it works: Through the fund, private savers can participate in direct investment and co-investment operations as well as investments in underlying funds via Ardian's secondary-market activity. It will also make minority investments while continuing its strategy in secondary operations and co-investments.

The structure: The new product sits as an additional segment within the umbrella fund "Ardian Access Series UCI Part II," which already includes the existing "Ardian Access Infrastructure" segment. The vehicle enables immediate deployment of capital.

Who's behind it? Ardian developed the Eltif in partnership with iCapital, aiming to open alternative investment opportunities to its client base.

The signal: The launch reflects a broader push to bring private-market strategies once reserved for institutions to individual investors, using the Eltif framework and low minimums to widen access to infrastructure as an asset class.
