Try Dealroom →, an Adelaide-based technology consultancy and managed services provider. Terms were not disclosed. Concept Data joins Lyra's Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region as the fifth business Evergreen has acquired this quarter.

What do they do? Founded in 2014, Concept Data offers managed IT services, cyber security and compliance, Microsoft 365 and cloud services, AI enablement, private cloud hosting, and technology advisory. Voice Select, established in 2018, specialises in hosted voice, VoIP phone systems, and carrier services. Together they serve small and medium-sized clients across healthcare, professional services, construction, finance, and education.

Why now? Concept Data reported record revenue and growth in its most recent financial year. Over the past decade, it has expanded from traditional managed IT into cyber security, compliance, AI enablement, and advisory.

What changes? Under Lyra's partnership model, both businesses will keep operating independently under their brands from Adelaide. Chief executive officer Gary Paradise and the existing team stay in place.

What's the endgame? "They also bring the experience and know-how to help us accelerate our growth and take the business to the next stage of its journey," Paradise said. Waruna Kirimetiyawa, regional CEO of the ANZ region, said the deal "further strengthens our presence in South Australia" and highlighted Concept Data's "deep expertise serving medical customers."

The signal: Lyra's roll-up of independent managed service providers reflects steady consolidation in the fragmented IT services market, where acquirers buy profitable regional operators and let them run under their own brands. With four other purchases in the same quarter, Evergreen is scaling its ANZ footprint one local specialist at a time.
