What's the deal? Red Avenue New Materials Group Co., Ltd.Dealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has set the offer price for its Hong Kong initial public offering at US$5.32 per H share, with trading due to begin on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong KongDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → on September 29, 2026 under stock code 9607.
The price was fixed on September 25, 2026. It excludes brokerage fees of 1.0%, a Securities and Futures Commission transaction levy of 0.0027%, a Stock Exchange trading fee of 0.00565%, and an Accounting and Financial Reporting Council transaction levy of 0.00015%.
Why now? Trading in the H shares is expected to start at 9:00 HKT on September 29, provided the global offering becomes unconditional by 8:00 HKT that day. The company will announce allocation results, including subscription levels for both the Hong Kong public offering and the international offering, on September 28.
What could go wrong? The company said no stabilising manager will be appointed, and it does not expect any stabilisation activities during the global offering. Without a price-support mechanism, the shares may see sharper swings in early trading.
There is a further caveat for investors. The sole sponsor and sponsor-overall coordinator can terminate their obligations under the Hong Kong underwriting agreement at any time before 8:00 HKT on the listing day, on grounds set out in the prospectus.
H shares will trade in board lots of 100, putting the minimum investment at about US$531.9 before transaction costs.
The signal: A debut priced without stabilisation support leaves Red Avenue's early performance squarely in the market's hands — a test of investor appetite for new Hong Kong listings that offers little cushion if sentiment turns.
