Try Dealroom →, backing a credit facility from Shanghai Pudong Development BankDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →'s Shenzhen branch. After this disclosure, US$58.4M of its annual guarantee quota remains available.
Why now? The move falls under a US$74.3M guarantee plan for five subsidiaries, approved at the board on April 16 and by shareholders on May 12, 2026. The guarantee period runs for three years after each debt contract matures.
What's the endgame? Gosuncn IoT, a wholly owned unit founded in 2011, designs and sells wireless communication modules and related software. The backing gives it bank credit to fund an expanding business.
By the numbers: Gosuncn IoT posted first-half 2026 revenue of US$45.3M and net profit of US$3.44M — nearly double its full-year 2025 net profit of US$1.76M. Total assets rose to US$96.2M by June 30 from US$70.7M at end-2025.
What could go wrong? The subsidiary's leverage is climbing: total liabilities grew to US$69.9M from US$47.9M over the same period. Gosuncn's total approved guarantees now reach US$126.3M against audited parent net assets of US$360.3M, though it reports no overdue or litigated guarantees.
The signal: The guarantee is a routine financing tool, but the sharp jump in Gosuncn IoT's profit alongside rising debt shows a subsidiary scaling fast — and a parent willing to underwrite that growth.
