Koçkar buys $3.2M more of Novaturas in €5.5M takeover bid

Why now? The purchase followed a July 27, 2026 proposal by Koçkar to acquire the remaining 34.69% stake in Novaturas for €5.5 million in cash. The Bank of Lithuania approved the transaction on September 2, 2026.

What's the endgame? Koçkar is consolidating control of Novaturas. The tender offer ran from September 7 to September 21, 2026, with the completed purchase adding to a holding that already totalled 11,821,620 shares.
