Ande raises $52M Series A to manage corporate entertainment spend
What's the deal? Ande, an AI-native network for corporate entertainment, emerged from stealth with more than $52 million in seed and Series A funding. Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, Duration Ventures, and Sierra Ventures led the round, with Bain Capital Ventures participating.
What's the endgame? Enterprises spend an estimated $325 billion a year on entertainment — client dinners, team outings, catering, sporting events, and gifting — but booking and expenses stay fragmented across credit cards, AP systems, and consumer apps. Ande gives teams one platform to book, while finance and legal keep visibility over every dollar.
How it works: Ande's agentic workflows surface venue availability, book experiences, route approvals, execute contracts, and reconcile expenses automatically. Executive assistants, office managers, and go-to-market teams share a single workspace, while agents move each request through approval, signing, and payment.
Traction: More than 60 enterprises — including Cloudflare, Salesforce, and Netskope — already run their entertainment on Ande, driving over $400 million in annual spend through the platform and reporting savings of 12% to 15%.
The other side: Ande also gives venues a corporate sales channel that never existed. It has spent two and a half years digitising venue data, and now counts 1,600 hospitality partners — among them NobuDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, Tao Group HospitalityDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, and Wolfgang PuckDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → — within a network of over 93,000 venues.
Why it matters: "Entertainment is one of the most important things a company does. It builds culture, closes deals and deepens the relationships that matter most. Yet the infrastructure to manage it is broken on both sides of every transaction," said Lohit Sarma, chief executive officer and co-founder of Ande.
The signal: At $52 million, Ande's raise ranks in the 98th percentile of all-time US Series A rounds in media, a sign that investors see corporate entertainment as one of the last large, unmanaged categories of enterprise spend worth digitising.
