Nabla makes its market debut with €5.5 million Milan IPO

What's the deal? Italian make-up brand Nabla CosmeticsDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has listed on Euronext Growth Milan under the ticker NABLA, raising up to €5.5 million through its IPO. Shares priced at €3 each, giving the company a market capitalisation of €19.8 million at admission.

The details: The offering raised €4.8 million before any exercise of the over-allotment option, which would lift proceeds to €5.5 million and market cap to €20.5 million. Free float at admission stood at 24.2%.

Who is Nabla? Founded in Rome in 2013, the digital-native brand operates in the accessible premium, or Entry Prestige, beauty segment. It develops its products in-house, with a focus on research, ingredient selection, and high-performance formulations, and its full range is vegan and cruelty-free.

What's the endgame? Chief executive officer Cristiano De Simone said the listing will support investment in research and development, expansion into new product categories, and faster international growth while preserving the brand's identity.

Why now? The listing marks Euronext's 64th of 2026 and gives Nabla access to public capital markets to fund its next growth phase. It has built a community of more than one million followers.

The signal: Nabla's debut shows how digital-native beauty brands are turning to smaller public markets to bankroll international expansion, tapping retail investors — in this case via Euronext's Equity Direct Distribution service — alongside institutional demand.
