The product: Alongside the round, Gamindo is launching a vertical focused on training staff to use AI at work. "Buying a Copilot or Claude license isn't enough to boost productivity: you need to teach people how to actually use these tools," said chief product officer and co-founder Matteo Albrizio.

Why now? The capital will go primarily into hiring, to accelerate product development and international commercial growth while keeping a lean team. "People don't hate corporate training. They hate wasting time," said chief executive officer and co-founder Nicolò Santin.
