Dynatrace agrees to acquire Arize AI for $915M (announced August 2026)

Dynatrace announced it will acquire Arize AI for $915 million in cash and stock (about $815M cash plus replacement equity awards) on 13 August 2026. The transaction was expected to close later that quarter, subject to closing conditions.
