What's the endgame? Hellobot sells autonomous voice agents that hold natural conversations while tapping into company calendars, databases, and CRM systems. The agents can book appointments, check delivery or repair status, and verify caller identity, delivered on an Agent-as-a-Service model so clients skip in-house configuration.

What about expansion? Hellobot is targeting Europe beyond Poland, building multilingual technology to win clients abroad. "Next year we are releasing a new multilingual version that will open the door wider to foreign clients," said chief executive officer Szymon Niemczura (translated from Polish).

Lowercap frames the move as part of a regional strategy. "We invest regional money so that Lower Silesia becomes not only a birthplace of breakthrough ideas but also a magnet attracting the best innovations from across Poland," said managing partner Krzysztof Górka (translated from Polish).

The signal: Hellobot is betting that voice AI can answer a structural labour-market gap in customer service. By pairing a done-for-you model with measurable returns, it aims to lower the cost and complexity that keep many firms from adopting advanced AI — and to export that pitch across Europe.
