The details: The Time Loan grew by US$9.77M and runs until May 13, 2027. It funds working capital for the company and its subsidiaries — units it directly controls with stakes above 99% — and supports foreign-exchange transactions.
What else? ERAL also enlarged its Multi Credit Facility, raising the rupiah tranche from US$12.4M to US$35.2M. The facility now includes a US$384.6K line, while the US$ 10 million and US$2.57M tranches stay unchanged.
Why now? The company said the adjustment aligns its funding capacity with the group's performance, giving it more room for operations and currency transactions. Management called the change immaterial to the firm's operations, legal standing, or business continuity.
ERAL trades in computers and computer equipment, sporting goods, telecommunications gear, and apparel, and also runs retail through subsidiaries. It said there is no affiliation between the borrower and BCA, so the deal carries no conflict of interest.
The signal: The quick re-raise — expanding a facility already in place — points to a listed retailer leaning on bank debt rather than equity to fund working capital and hedge currency exposure across its group.
