What's the deal? Power Bolt & ToolDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, an Orlando-based industrial fastener and tool distributor, secured a $5 million SBA 7(a) loan advised by Commercial Finance PartnersDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → (CFP). It was one of three transactions CFP closed, announced on September 17, 2026.
Why the structure matters? The $5 million loan is the maximum available under the SBA 7(a) program. It financed 100% of the company's real estate purchase with no cash down and folded existing debt into the same loan.
What else closed? CFP also placed a $1 million conventional term loan for a Colorado-based logistics company, refinancing existing debt without an SBA guarantee. Separately, it structured a $750,000 accounts receivable facility for a St. Louis-based contract security services company at a 90% advance rate.
The mechanics: On the A/R deal, an SBA lender referred the borrower to CFP for post-closing working capital. Because that lender held a blanket first lien, CFP negotiated an intercreditor agreement carving out receivables and inventory while preserving the lender's position elsewhere.
The signal: The $5 million loan sits near the small end of the funding spectrum, in roughly the sixth percentile by amount. But the trio reflects steady demand for structured debt among smaller distributors and service firms — where refinancing, acquisitions, and working capital are being stitched together deal by deal.
