Radiopharm Theranostics completes $2.1M share plan, lifting raise to US$10M

What's the deal? Radiopharm TheranosticsDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has completed a share purchase plan (SPP) raising about US$1.94M (≈$2.1 million), the ASX-listed company said. The proceeds bring its total capital raised, including an earlier placement, to roughly US$10M.

Who put in the money? Shareholders contributed about US$905.9K and participating directors around US$64.7K. Hong Kong-based Trading Capital Management (HK) Ltd subscribed for about US$970.6K as the shortfall investor under a shortfall commitment.

The mechanics: Radiopharm will issue 333,333,299 SPP shares at US$0.01 each on September 17, 2026, each with an attaching option. The options carry an exercise price of US$0.01 and expire on July 31, 2029; the company has applied to list them on the ASX.

Why now? The SPP was announced on July 24, 2026, with a prospectus lodged on July 30 and the plan closing on September 10. Shareholders approved the issue of the shares and options at a general meeting on September 11.

Radiopharm develops radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic uses. Settlement of the earlier Tranche 2 placement shares was set for September 16, with allotment of those and the SPP securities planned for the following day.

The signal: The raise is a modest but structured top-up for a clinical-stage developer, with an offshore shortfall investor backstopping retail demand — a common route for smaller ASX biotechs to shore up their balance sheets without a large institutional round.
