What's the endgame? Enhans builds AgentOS, a platform that structures data and business rules scattered across enterprise systems such as SAP and other ERP and CRM tools, then lets AI agents act on them to carry out actual work. Its ACT-2 agent, which operates software like a human, placed second globally on the August 2026 Online-Mind2Web benchmark under automated evaluation, per the company.

What's the money for? Enhans will spend the round upgrading AgentOS's data, process, and execution infrastructure, and building "industry packs" that pre-load the data structures and rules of sectors like manufacturing, finance, retail, and public services. It also plans to expand its Computer Use technology, strengthen security and governance, and hire globally to grow overseas customer and partner networks.

Why now? Chief executive officer Seung-hyun Lee framed the raise as trust earned in the field turning into capital, saying the round is "more meaningful" because customer relationships led to investment. Stonebridge Ventures director Young-don Song said enterprise AI is at "a major turning point" as it moves from answering questions to performing work directly.

The signal: The round sits above the median for deals of its size, and the arrival of LG, POSCO, and Lotte units as shareholders points to a pattern in enterprise AI — large corporates increasingly buying stakes in the vendors already embedded in their operations, betting that proven deployments, not model benchmarks, decide the winners.
