ISPnext and Dynatos merge to build European source-to-pay player
What's the deal? ISPnextDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → and DynatosDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → are joining forces to create a European source-to-pay company, combining ISPnext's procurement-to-payment platform with Dynatos' Routty e-invoicing and financial document automation technology. The deal value was not disclosed.
Why now? The merger builds on a strategic partnership the two announced in June 2025. Over the past year, both companies tested combining software, transformation expertise and e-invoicing technology — and see the tie-up as the logical next step.
What each brings: ISPnext is a European source-to-pay software provider serving more than 450 organisations through a cloud-based platform supported by its nextAI tools. Dynatos specialises in finance transformation, e-invoicing, accounts payable automation and implementation services, and contributes its Routty platform for international e-invoicing and compliance.
What changes for customers? Little, for now. Existing relationships, agreements, support arrangements and ongoing projects remain unchanged, with customers continuing to work with the same teams.
What's the endgame? The combined company aims to serve procurement and finance teams more broadly across their transformation journeys, pairing software with implementation expertise. "Joining forces allows us to innovate faster, broaden our capabilities and strengthen our position as a European leader in Source-to-Pay," said ISPnext chief executive officer Gustaf Tanate.
The signal: The merger reflects a shift in enterprise software, where customers increasingly want trusted technology, specialist expertise and proven execution rather than software alone — and vendors are consolidating to deliver all three.
