The stainless-steel pipe and tube maker will allot up to 2,227,544 equity shares to 18 non-promoter public investors.

The terms: Shares carry a face value of US$0.14 and will be issued at US$22.7 each — a US$22.5 premium. That price sits above the regulatory floor, the company said.

Who's in? Backers span institutional funds and individuals. Kitara PIIN 2401 takes the largest slice at US$6.79M, followed by WhiteOak Capital India Opportunities Fund (US$5.7M) and Ashoka WhiteOak India Opportunities Fund (US$5.38M). Try Dealroom →, and investor Ashish Kacholia (US$4.07M) are also allottees. Inga VenturesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → advised the raise.

Why now? The deal ranks in the top 10% of non-VC private placements in the region over the past four years by size, signalling strong appetite for the company's equity.

What it changes: The share count rises from 20,716,110 to 22,943,654. Promoter and promoter-group holding drops from 48.41% to 43.71%, while public shareholding climbs from 51.59% to 56.29%.

What's next? The allotment needs shareholder sign-off. The board has called an extraordinary general meeting for October 8, 2026, held via video conferencing.

The signal: Large institutional names taking direct stakes at a premium points to sustained confidence in India's industrial and infrastructure supply chain — with high-quality funds willing to dilute promoters for a foothold.
