What's the deal? Emirates NBDDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has extended digital short-term financing facilities to CARS24 ArabiaDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → to support the used-car platform's expansion across the United Arab Emirates. The bank announced the deal on September 16, 2026.

What's the endgame? The facility lets qualified dealers and business partners access, use, repay, and renew credit lines through a fully digital, API-based banking experience. Emirates NBD says the integration cuts processing time from days to seconds, with no manual intervention.

Why now? The deal supports what both sides frame as CARS24 Arabia's disciplined growth trajectory. "This financing reflects the scale of our business and the clear path we are on," said Abhinav Gupta, chief executive officer of CARS24 Arabia.

What could go wrong? The facility ties partners' working capital to a single automated credit line. Dealers depending on dynamic limit renewals at repayment carry exposure if volumes or repayment cycles slip.

The signal: The partnership underscores Emirates NBD's push into embedded, API-driven corporate lending. "These financing facilities reflect our confidence in its trajectory," said Hamad Mohammed Zayed, group head of business banking at the bank, pointing to demand for tailored digital finance in the region's auto sector.
