The new hire: Nunatak founder Robert Jacobi becomes chief executive officer of Artefact in Germany, with a mandate to more than triple the DACH business by 2030. "With Artefact, we have found a strong global partner that will allow us to significantly expand our offering in the DACH region and grow faster," he said.

The expansion: The acquisition deepens Artefact's push into the German-speaking DACH market, adding access to financial services, insurance, media, and energy clients. The combined firm aims to offer end-to-end AI transformation, from board-level strategy to implementation and upskilling.
